Dr. Jack de Groot was born in The Hague, Holland on 4 July 1952. He received his PhD from the University of Queensland in 1999. He is a member of the Directorial Board of the University Press of the South, New Orleans USA. Over the years he published a number of books and articles, including: *The Camino de Santiago de Compostela Ultimate Handbook, Intertextuality through Obscurity.
